how do you know the right amount of HCG to take during your pct plan?
clomid? hcg?

how much hcg a week? do you shot every day? how long do i wait after my cyle to start?

these are all questions that i seem to get 100 different opinions on?

what does everyone think the best pct plan is and how is it laid out

I would not think so (true HCG is made from preg womens urine but after a trip thru ur body, liver +bladder I would say no).
