  • PCT and intense routines

    Hey guys...

    So I'm on a Test E 500 nd five weeks in Dbol @ 30mg. I still have a while to go til I'm done with this cycle however my PCT was going to consist of Nolva only...

    So, thing is my work doesn't allow my timing off. I'm a Marine and still got 4 hours of running/weightlifting/swimming total daily. I've learned that while on PCT one should not work out as much but that won't be possible for me.

    What would you guys suggest so that I don't crash completely?

    Thats a obstacle you got there. I would suggest some ZMA and lots of vit. C. I didnt start using it till my last cycle and it got my test working back quickly.
    Muscles are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Eat big to get big.

      Yeah I was going to use supplements to help my natural test kick in but as far as PCT goes, not taking into consideration supplements, is there something I should change to it or simply go on with Nolva only?

        i would suggest tapering it down slowly and using nolva - not the best, but iv done it in the past and it saves a complete crash

          u can dial down the intensity + weights (lighter weights longer rest periods).

            I won't be able to though. Marine Corps isn't low intensity... :/

              I think you should be fine with the training you'll have to do with the military. It's just the fact of coming off the sauce and trying to train (weightlifting) with the same intensity. People tend to injure themselves that way. You may even notice a little more fatigue but you'll be fine.
              If your looking for a add on with your pct I would suggest some Tribulus Terrestris Extract..... It'll provide some boosting of your natural levels and help ya with your P.T. Keep your glutamine, taurine and protein intake coming in...Thanks bud!!

                      who said to dial down your training in PCT? thats a new one to me. if i increase, lets say 20 lbs on a certain lift while on cycle, i am going to need to work hard and bust ass to keep most of that 20 lb incrase. if i dont work hard, it isnt going to be long before i go back to using the weight that i used before. now assuming i put some new muscle on in the process, i'm not really giving the new muscle any reason to stay larger. in fact, by taking it easy, i'm telling it to go back to the way it was before. you're going to need to eat even better and work even harder. PCT is not the time to coast!

                          tribulus works well for me at about 2000-4000mg a day. its pretty cheap so im always using it between cycles
