So do I need to buy a mixing kit to use this stuff? I have 5000iu and only 2ml of sodium chloride, that is what came in the box. I am lost?? Do I just dump all the powder in the 2ml of water

Toss the Sodium Chloride in the trash then get some Bacteriostatic Water, 30ml is usually around $3.50 (it lasts longer).
then add as much as u need to make it easy to pull ur daily dose.
I did 5cc Bac to = 1000iu per cc.
I am hitting 250iu 2xwk.

Fat (subQ) use a Slin pin (insulin pin) - keep in the fridge. next to the HGH
