I want to run Dianabol for 4 weeks and use nolvadex as a pct.So how many Milligrams should i take and do i take it everyday?

I would increase d-bol to 6 weeks and use 40-50mg of nolva daily for 1 week.

If im am concerned with gyno getting bitch tits should i run arimidex while on dianabol?

No. arimidex is really strong for just d-bol. I find D-bol to be highly androgenic so its most likely to give gyno if your proned to it. I would use proviron it will suppress estrogen and raise natural production of test. If fact you can run this through your whole cycle and continue it through during PCT one a day at 25mg.
