Gyno and cycle info.

I am about to do a 6-8 week cycle of gp turan @ 50-70mgs ED while rotating clen/t3 every two weeks with it. I have nolvadex coming to for pct. My qeustion is I have did several oral only cycles like gp winstrol, gp turan and my favorite tren xtreme wich used to be legal. I have small marble sized lump under nipples and was wondering what to do before cycle and or durring cycle to reverse this. At least try. I am 5'7'' 195-200 13% bodyfat. Thanks
