Whats up guys?
I hope you are all doing amazing, havent been posting much as life has been insane, but I hope things are great for you all!
I am 9 weeks into my second cycle, this time I am doing a 16 week test cycle (500Mg Ew)
I didnt run any cycle support my first cycle, as I didnt think it was necessary. Things went smooth, BUT it was also just a 10 week cycle.
This time around, my girlfriend has commented that my nipples are puffy, again, I am 9 weeks deep into this cycle, still have another 7 weeks to go.
I have both Adex and Nolva on hand currently and want to start taking some cycle support today. Due to my never need a cycle support, I want some opinions.
I read through one of "FIST'S" posts and it concluded that Adex wasnt good for stopping gyno, its an inhibator Vs. Novla being an estrogen blocker. But I also know that a lot of you guys have pushed me previously to utilize Adex over nolva as a cycle support.
1. Which should I being using (Adex or Nolva)
2. And how much should I be taking since I am starting this late into the cycle?
3. Should I run it all the way to my PCT?
