What PCT for first cycle?

I have started my first Test E only cycle. I am undecided of what to do for PCT. I have access and can get my hands on most. I currently have HCG (dosage tips?). Any help would be great as I have heard so much and the confusion is overwhelming!

I like aromasin for test e and if I come off I run it during pct and 2 weeks after I sease the use of clomid only. nolva ruins my sex drive and hardness lol u can run hcg after last pin up until pct starts wouldn't run hcg during cycle it's pointless ( test has u shut down sending 2 mixed signals at once) use it while the test clears then resume with pct clomid I just used like 100mgs a day for 4 weeks I alwYs came back fine and I never did hcg
