Lately during my shoulder workouts, and even my chest workouts, my front delts and side delts start to burn like crazy. This is beyond the good burn you get when you're having a good workout, it's almost too uncomfortable to work out. Like last night for instance, I was five sets in to shoulders (did some heavy stuff right off the bat), and my delts were on fire. A few more sets in and it was almost unbearable, and a few more sets later I just called it quits.
Does anyone know what might be up, and what would be a solution to this?
