How close does everyone here follow their heart rate during cardio? I know the basic math, 200-your age is max heart rate. Run cardio at 60-80% of max.
Just curious how closely everyone sticks to that or do you at all?
With running clen right now, I can't really push very hard without going over that 80% number.
