    My traps have always been my weakest body part. I have found that heavy dead lifts makes them grow.

    Stallion. I know some people will disagree with me, but wide grip lat pull downs worked wonders for my lat spread. I know people say that going wide will only work the inner most part of the back. But I used to compete as a natural bodybuilder and developed an impressive lat spread. The key is not to lean back too far and make it into a row like too many people do. The bar should almost touch your nose on the way down. Of course heavy rows are a must as well!
    If you can't do it right, Don't do it!
