  • Lifting routines while on cycle!

    Hey everybody! I just started a cycle of Test only 650mg/week. I will be running it for 15 weeks and will start on 250 iUs of HCG every 4 days around week 5. Taking dex for an AI.

    Anyways, I am looking for some new training routines while I am in the gym. I am just finishing up a microcycle routine I got from bodybuilding.com and I really enjoyed it. Definitely added some size, lost some fat, and got stronger.

    I would like to still do a 4-day split routine, maybe 5 days, just depends. Help me out brothers!

    Oops, I forgot to add my stats. I am 6'1", 165 lbs about 11-12% bodyfat. My goal is to add size but not injure myself in the process (DUH!). I know many different exercises, just looking for another guy on the thin side (like myself) who made good progress with getting bigger with a particular style of weight training, i.e. drop sets, supersets, long or short rest periods between sets, rep range suggestions, anything. Thanks.

      try Y3T training program helped me out in my chest find it at bodybuilding.com too. when I started it I was at 200lbs 6'1" and now im at 230lbs after about a year, like I said my chest was lagging now its growing
