  • One arm bigger than the other. Correcting it?

Ok, i dunno if too many others deal with this or not.. but it happened to me. I'm right handed, so naturally i'm stronger on my right side.. and the problem arose when i started lifting weights in 7th grade because we didn't have any real weight lifting coaches. Just teachers who made sure no one got seriously hurt. So doing db curls my left would tire sooner so i used shit form and thought that as long as i got the weight up i was fine.

Anyway, result is about a 1/4" difference in my right and left bicep.

I dunno really wtf to do to correct it the best way possible but what i'm doing is

    3x10 bb curls
    followed with a
3x10 preacher hammer curl (left arm only)

Am i on the right track or am i headed towards another problem?

Lighter weights for your dominant arm... heavier weights for the one lacking...
Ain't no use in lookin' down
Ain't no discharge on the ground
Ain't no use in lookin' back

put the mind into the muscle, try to make the same stress. prefer dumbbells and work with buffer
don't change weight between arms, otherwise you risk to make the problem worse.
      be patient and work hard
