No matter what compounds you use, or how much you use......you can reach the point of over training. But how much is too much?
The recommended amount of time for a workout session is 45 to 60 minutes because of raised cortisol levels in the blood which can cause catabolic effects on the muscle if trained for longer periods of time. Im guessing these recommendations are for the non juicer, for the juicer has a higher level of testosterone than the average joe which can fight off the effects of catabolism when training for longer periods of time. So.....what would be the appropriate amount of time to workout (being a juicer?) My plan here is not to go overkill, but to avoid under training.Thanks!
