i got into reverse grip with the ez curl bar after watching him do some. i always get a better squeeze out of them

I've always tried to keep my back parallel with the floor, but the heavier I go, the more strain I feel on my lumbar. I will have to give this a shot!

Wonder if this form would work for bent over shoulder rows too?

Just did these yesterday in my back routine, but on a smith machine. Such a good power lift.
