  • Headaches

    Does anyone suffer from headaches after a heavy lifting session? When I work smaller body parts it doesnt seem to bother me, but when I'm doing larger body parts, especially legs, it does.

    Aspirin or tylenol doesnt seem to help either. I'm pretty much shot until it goes away on its own. I'd rather not cut the weight or intensity, so, does anyone have any ideas on how to either: avoid the headache, or "fix" the headache?

      water can make things worse too though... did you try adding an intra work out to your work out, such as xtend? or just drink gatorade..

        i haven't. i drink water during my workouts. i'll give gatorade or xtend a try and see what happens.
