no offense but supplementation in general will make things a tiny bit easier but it'll still take months if not years to have your muscles get to what you want.Ain't no use in lookin' down

True, but naturally, it'll still take years of "hard" work. He doesn't even have a bench, he needs access to serious equipment.Ain't no use in lookin' down

It'll be water, only water. Creatine is good, but you'll only see changes, "real" changes, after months of intensive training. Before that? You're looking at water weight.Ain't no use in lookin' down

What you're trying to achieve isn't possible, no matter how perfect your diet would be, if you don't have proper equipment, and if you don't spend months of serious training you won't achieve it.
And if you expect seeing changes in days or weeks... you won't. Sorry to break it to you but especially as an ectomorph, you won't be able to.
So first:
1. DIET: 3000+ calories, 400g+ CARBS, 400+g protein DAILY
2. INTENSIVE and HEAVY weight training with ADEQUATE REST in betwen each muscle groups
3. SLEEP
Then time will do the rest.Ain't no use in lookin' down

creatine is one of the most studied supplements on the market. however, if you don't know what something is used for/does, you've got no business putting it into your bodyGoals:
1.5+ x BW Bench
2.0+ x BW Squat
2.25+ x BW DL
Quit Smoking (Chantix)

You need to eat at least 1.5 grams of protein per pound you weigh. For example a 100lb person needs to eat a minimum of 150grams of protein a day in order to pack on muscle. And once you begin to eat that much you need to train and eat for at least 6 weeks to notice results in the mirror. Keep that regiment up for 2 years then your on your way to a nice physique. As far as creatine goes it takes me 4 weeks to actually actually begin to feel the effects of creatine. For me I feel a boost of energy at the gym, the dosage of creatine powder I have from theV.S is only two table spoons/day before workout along with plenty of water.
