  • 2inches on arms in 8 weeks?

    So I found this workout- http://31d95ln8sph-9mcivlf5r1xmlo.hop.clickbank.net/ - has anyone ever done it before? Im wondering if it would be good to add to my workout routine. Im not really a big hitter on the arms but 2 inches on arms in 8 weeks sounds pretty good. Can anyone tell me more about it?

    All you need to know are the basic excer. Arms are very easy to over train, 8 - 10 sets are all you really need. Triceps are the biggest part of the bicep area, don't neglect them. On back day I'll throw a few sets of curls to polish them off. same w/ chest day add some tricep work. If you really need help in the different body part excer. Look @ Arnold's S. Encyclopdia of Body building. The bible of body builders every where. It's an oldie but a goodie, Good Luck

      sounds like BS...2 inches is a lot of size in 8 weeks...and what "new" thing is he gunna teach you thats not been tried before?

            Actually it does work. There's always a better way than the tradition methods and I can tell you from doing this myself that it works. So you can keep listening to everyone else and get the results everyone else gets or you can research and try something different with better results. I honestly could care less what you do but if you dont research alternative methods you wont benefit as well as you could. And yes maybe he is trying to sell something but that doesn't mean it's a scam. I have done these workouts and they are definitely worth it.
