I do these sometimes. However, I do lighter weight for more reps and always on the smith machine. It puts more stress on my wrists then anything else. I only include it once or twice a month. I like to add different stuff to my chest work outs cuz' there's only so much variation if you don't get creative.

i did it for awhile, on the smith machine, trying to focus on my triceps. i didnt like it either. i heard an older pro saying it got really popular in the 80's until a lot of guys started getting hurt.if you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE
