I've always privileged my core muscles instead of trying to bulking. That is I guess why I'm not as big as I could have been. However, a part I never worked enough was the rotator cuff. Like the "Teres minor & major". It obviously is worked on while working on my back but do you know of any specific work out that specifically work on these?
