Pretty much like the title says. The trainer that I've been working with has me on a plan that includes rest/pause training on compound movement exercises and shoulders. So far, I love it. Recovery time is decreased but I still get a better workout from a rest/pause set than I do from a standard 4x8 or 5x5. Anyone else have similar experiences, or am i a statistical outlier?

i like it. i have a hard time taking to the level of DC training, but it is a tool i use. i realized i do have to be careful. it's easy for me to strain tendons or tweek a jointif you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE
