They actually have 5 sets of these at my gym. I think they range from 5lbs to 30 or 35lbs. I wanted to give them a try, but I dont even know what kind of workout to do with them. I guess I can get an idea onlilne somewhere, or better yet, just ask one of the trainers at my gym. They look like fun, but probably a tough workout.
