Can't seem to get rid of the fat on my lower abs. Was wondering what you guys do (training or chemically) to get a flat and shreded set of lower abs? Thanks
Bodyfat has to be low, for me it's gotta be below 8%. Its all about diet, abs are made in the kitchen, no matter what chemical your on. I have to do 45 minutes of cardio every day and my diet has to be spot on, no white sugars period. It's tough.
You can't spot reduce, you just gotta get that body fat down. I haven't found an easy way, or even easier way.
You mean you got no secret trick? j/k Damnit! Yeah thats what I was afraid of. Those lower abs might have to wait till I cut. Diet's not a problem but 45 min of cardio a day sucks! Right now I hit abs 3 to 5 times a week. Im' guessing I'd have to hit em' every day huh?
