    41, 6?2?, 268lbs Old School gym rat. Been hitting the Iron since 83 worked very hard read every book + article did several cycles even went to LA (1990MFBB) to train around some of the top BB @ the time and some classics (Bertil Fox).
    Never was a BB more of a powerlifter with Symetry in mind.

    Had a 5 year layoff, then 1 on, then 1 off.
    I get back to the gym and my Body + Joints ache and pains more than ever and I get minor injuries, which keep me from the gym?
    - I know @ my age Test prod goes down, recovery longer and my time away + size do not help.

    Anyway I need some great advice, which this forum doles out.

    Looking more for Diet/supplements, herbals and or mild gear advice Now. (Once I get back to fighting shape, lean 250, I will hit a nice cycle.)

    ODB it dont matter what we do at our age we are gonna be sore ,we are in our 40's training as hard as we did in our 20's. I could only tell you what works for me thats test-e 500mg wlky and EQ 600mg wkly with proviron and hcg for about 20 weeks. make sure you train hard and your diet is on point.
