    Great job Sarah, I see you bench with a powerlifting form (nice back arch) You are right about speed off the chest build strength and helps in the lockout. Have you ever tryed bands? I use them and chains for most of my work outs. I'd take you as a training partner any day, you'd be a welcome addition to our powerlifting team. We do have some strong gals w/ state and world records. great work!!
