the hack squat machine is hammer strength - i added a lot of size this fall by using these products, and going DEEP on squats.

i go to a college gym - really not that expensive, but has everything, including olympic pool, sauna, etc. but the dumbbells only go up to 95. Im going to take a vid of my back workout - puts my leg workout to shame i got this video editing software and new cam, so pretty much my new hobby LOL.
