the book "bodybuilding A-Z" talked about how many people have been found dead in there basement with the weight on there neck. idk how true that is but this video proves people are just that stupid. cant people just use dumbbells and not worry about killing themselves. 38sec in that guy was using the suicide grip which ill never understand
