i find it interesting how jay puts a rhythm into his sets. there is no question, he uses a little momentum. not that i'm hating. it obviously works for him. i always try to reduce momentum on a lot of exercises. i think we breifly talked about that in the gym pulpak. maybe i put some momentum in at the end of the routine, if i'm trying to finish a muscle off and expand it with as much blood as possibleif you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE
