      i find it interesting how jay puts a rhythm into his sets. there is no question, he uses a little momentum. not that i'm hating. it obviously works for him. i always try to reduce momentum on a lot of exercises. i think we breifly talked about that in the gym pulpak. maybe i put some momentum in at the end of the routine, if i'm trying to finish a muscle off and expand it with as much blood as possible

        He's cranking out the sets thats for sure. I don't see any half ass sets in there at all!! Love the attitude when hes done with the dumbells to, just whip em to the floor!! Jay is the Man no question
