I'm trying to plan out what I want to run for my next cycle and need some advice from the vets out there. My goal is to get my BF% down to 7-8. Currently, I'm around 10%. My stats are :
36 y/o
5'5" - 180lbs. I have been training consistently for 15yrs and have 2 cycles under me. I'm just looking to get shredded for the summer. I don't plan on starting this next cycle until mid April and run it for 10-12 weeks. I will be dieting and doing cardio up until I start. I have Test E250, Winny Tabs, and Var available. Also have adex and Nolva. I want to add in some Masteron. Any advice would be great, thanks.
