    Looking for a perfect on cycle and off cycle. please help me out. Ive read so many different threads and am confused with how to simply put together the best start up package to get me the gains and mass im looking to achieve. Also can someone please tell me if it is safe to add HGH to my test cycle? Simple Barney style advice would be great. Please guys im at a stand still here.

    Rush, how long you been training, how many cycles have you done, what's your diet like. Give us some more info, it will help us figure out what's best for you now.

      Hey Big, Ive been doing basic weight training since highschool so ill say about 6 years. i want to work my way up to heavy heavy lifting and want to step into that world correct. I have never used anything but your typical supplements you would get from GNC like protiens, multivitamins and pre/post workouts. i eat about 4 times a day lean meats, veggies and starches. i know once i start a cycle i would need to find a bigger diet for much more gains but i still havent found that yet. Literally MAN i am so new to this but i am ready. This is the very first legitimate source of information ive stumbled upon after 9 years of research and i was referred by a member. I know i may be asking alot but whenever you have time please shoot me some advice and guides to getting started. From all of the reading and back tracking of these posts on this forum i see that your well respected and well knowledgable about this world so i am stoked to know you responded to my cry for help LOL.

        Hey Rush19, The very first thing you need to know, is there's no miracle pill or any other drug that will get you to look like a pro bodybuilder. It's bust your ass hard work and diet. Now with that said, diet is the most important thing!!! This will determine weather you put size on or your cutting to lose fat. The AAS you chose to use does not have that much effect on weather your bulking or cutting, it's all diet. Do keep in mind there are some AAS that work better on certain diets. From your post it looks like you want to gain some size. A good first cycle for any one is Testosterone Cypionate and an AI like Anastrozole. You will need a good PCT after your cycle to get your own Testosterone to come back. I'll lay this cycle out for you:

        Week 1-12 Testosterone Cypionate 500mg's weekly, takin in two injection (1cc) like a Monday - Thursday split
        Week 1-12 Anastrozole (Arimidex) .5mg's eod (every other day)

        PCT starting two weeks after your last injection.
        Week 14 Nolvadex 40mg's
        Week 15 Nolvadex 30mg's
        Week 16 Nolvadex 20mg's
        Week 17 Nolvadex 20mg's (personally I don't think using 10mg's help much in that last week)

        Now get your diet in order, you will need to eat 6-7 times a day, eat like a monster, look like a monster!!!!

          Absolutely! First source of great notes to put in my book. i will definately be putting my Diet together before hand. Now while on my cycle, should i continue to take my supplements? I.E: Creatine, Protien (Whey&Casien), MultiVitamin Etc? I was also thinking of adding HGH to my first cycle. What are your recommendations?

            Yes, keep going on all your supplements. If you have the money for the HGH go a head and purchase it, but I would save it for another cycle. When first starting out you want to add one product at a time, this way if you have sides from the gear you'll know which one cause the issues. There are some sides to HGH, so lets not add it just yet. Remember I can only guide you, I can't tell you what to do.

                Yeah there all good, but remember we want to keep things simple to start. If you want to add D-Bol, I don't have an issue with that, but if you do decide to use it, your going to have a lot more water retention. You might not want that at this time.
                I know how your feeling right now, you want to jump right in and kick some ass, but you really need to slow down. Keep this in mind also, the more gear you use, the more gear you'll need to use next time. So keeping doses low will work better and save money in the long run. I've been using gear for a long time, I'm not looking to be huge. The cycle that I'm on right now is Test E 375mg's and Sust 375mg's a week for a total of 750mg's per week.

                  AAhhh i See. Completely understood. Lastly as far as HGH, when i am ready is that to be used with or without test? How Should HGH be used? Any recommendations?

                    Lets get a couple of cycle under your belt first. Testosterone is the bases for EVERY cycle, this is because no mater what you use, it will always shut down your own Testosterone production. If your set on using it I will explain how to use it fully, but for now I'll give some basics. HGH is injected under the skin, normal does 4-8IU per day for 5 day this can be split up into two injections per day, I prefer one injection. You'll start on a Mounday thru Friday with the weekends off.

                      Roger that BIG. Okay what i will do is follow according to recommendation. If your cool with it, When i get the gear in i will shoot you a ping and stay in touch with you as i flow thru my CYCLE. Once ive gotten a little experienced i will move on to the HGH and require your expertise. AGAIN thank you for the lean information. its been a long time coming and its time.
