How much CC a week should I be taking?? A guy at the gym told me 2cc is way to much for a 152lb 5'5" guy.... Can some one help me please

2 cc is very good to start, I would combine it with an oral like methandrostenolone (D-bol)

500 MG's a week is a good dose like RonnyT said thro in some dbol @ 40 or 50 MG's a day for the first 6 weeks this is a good kick start

i have always heard its best to spread out your injections to keep levels even... could be BS im not sure i always do tho... and i believe sust has some faster "esters" like test prop... and if you wanted to you can shot that every 3days.... i have heard - good luck
