I will use testosterone as an example here , but any raw material can be micronized in theory.All you need to work out is what the raw hormone is freely soluble in.
1. 10 grams of testosterone powder is dissolved into either ethanol or methanol
2. allow to stand for 20 minutes
3. use a 0.22um syringe filter to remove any contaminants from the raw material
4. transfer the sterile testosterone / alcohol solution to a clean media bottle ( volume 500mls )
5. add to the 100mls of testosterone / alcohol solution 400mls of luke warm ( approximately 40c) distilled water
6.the testosterone will immediately precipitate out of the ethanol solution
7.use a coffee filter to separate the raw material from the solution
8. dry the raw material under a lamp for a period of 1 - 2 hours
9. can repeat steps 1 - 8 to obtain a 99% purity of your raw material sample
If we prefer to have large crystals of the raw material, which are easier to work with.
To accomplish this we slowly drip cool water ( approximately 5° C ) into the raw material / ethanol solution.We also try and keep the room temperature as low as possible eg task preformed in the fridge.
Therefore three factors will determine the size of how large your raw material crystals will turn out.They are :
1. room temperature
2. water temperature
3. speed at which the water hits the raw material / ethanol solution.
Now , to obtain a micronized version of a raw material all we have to do is reverse the above factors :
1. above normal room temperature ( > 25 c )
2. using warm water ( > 25 c )
3. poring the warm water straight into the raw material / ethanol solution
All of these factors will ensure that your final product is micronized
Ultra-filteration is an amazing process and is very benificial. I would imagine this process being very benificial with Test Enanthate. That way you would remove al the unwanted byproducts. Its possible to messure the ph of the wastewater
