yea i planned on upping everything soon as i started my cycle and and thats my long term goal i know its not happening soon as i start but i will deff keep what u said in mind on my diet

As far as cycles are concerned...the beginner's bulk cycle at naps is a good solid start. I gained almost 20lbs on it and I only did 8 weeks of the 10 week cycle. for some reason I was a little bit more sensitive to the suggested amount of test, so the next cycle I lowered the test amount to 400mg wk instead of 500mg. that seemed to do the trick. the reason for a test only cycle for the first couple cycles is to see how you react to gear (finding your sweet spot) and adjust accordingly to how your body responds. some people can only tolerate 300mg of test a week while others won't get a lot of effect if they use less than 600mg per week. 500mg per week on the bulk cycle is very respectable...see how you react to it and then adjust accordingly over the next two cycles. then you can start adding stuff like deca. you will be ok with dbol as it is only a kick start and should only be viewed as such (and that isn't even necessary for your first cycle). test is the best and it will always be your base. just be responsible. don't forget to eat and drink plenty of water bro.

There are some pretty good write ups on pinning on this site, you should def check them out and read them in their entirety. Don't want to mess up and end up with an abcess or something. I use a 20g for drawing and a 25g for pinning. A 3ml barrel for the syringe.
But please read the proper way to pin and where the safe locations are. This is your life you are playing with, be smart, and don't pin until you know EXACTLY what you are doing.If you can't do it right, Don't do it!

Hey DK.......its good to see you reading and trying to understand before taking the plunge. I read through this forum forward and back for 8 months before I even posted my first comment. These guys have been great! As long as you're humble, these guys will help you all the way to the end.
