  • 1st cycle 23 168lbs

    Weeks 1-10 500 mg GP Test Enanth 250 per week.
    Weeks 1-10 250 mg GP Deca250 per week
    Weeks 1-6 40 mg GP Methan 10 per day
    Weeks 1-10 .5 mg GP Anastrozole per day

    never used before looking into doing the cycle above did some research but wanting to know from experience what im getting into like if this is to much for the first time or if its a good set up.

    Do some more research bro. Drop the "deca" and go longer with the test. Also, .5 mg adex ED is too high to start. Go E3D or EOD

      I agree with Alex man. For a first timer drop the deca. Methan is a good choice keep everything except deca and go .5 EoD with Adex. I would run test only cycles 2-3 times before adding other compounds like deca. Take ur time on this website and read read read everything. Good luck

        Alex been training for about 7 years now from playing high school and college ball. i am not out of college and no longer play sports so looking to just gain mass now. thanks for the advice so what exactly do you guys think i should start with because im totally new to all this and just now getting my feet wet with all this to take in. thanks for the help ahead of time

            Wait!!! Not to be the dick in the bunch but 23 years old... Hello !!! You should still be making more then enough test and just need to eat big. Dont burn out a good thing bro.

                yes i understand that eat big get big concept, but at my shop I'm a smaller guy but put up numbers for my weight, and just ready to step into a different league and see what this has to offer since i have nothing to stop me from doing so like i did in college

                    Im going to go against my better judgement because i know where you're coming from and i know at 23, youre gonna do what u want anyway. I think every guys is that way so dont take the age thing personally, hell im only 25 so i really dont have much room to talk either :P. In that case, i would rather see u reach the desired goals u have insstead of letting u take a shot in the dark and fuck yourself up and have regrets. To me, any form of test except prop, IMO needs to be run for no LESS than 12 weeks, like i said in my first post, go longer. The long esters take about 2 weeks to really get going at full speed. Once they do, youve only got 8 weeks to do what u can. I know 8 weeks sounds like sufficient time but doesnt 10 sound better? I just dont want u to short urself and say "man i should have went longer, i still want to be ON" trust me, it happens every cycle. I know its youre first but just trust me bud, other guys will say the same thing.

                      ok thanks for the help and the honesty with all this. good know that there are some ppl willing to help others. but ok ill lengthen it all by 2 weeks and hit it as hard as i can and soon as it done tell yall how your info worked out thanks again

                        A good group of men here looking out for a newbie- expect nothing less from anyone here at JM- we take care of our brothers. Alex is right brother- 12 weeks should be the standard for longer ester test E. the methan is good and dosed proper. So- we have been talking so much about gear lets switch it up.

                        What is your goal? As in body composition. What is your target weight and bf%? What are your macros? I'm sure all will agree that the AAS is usually the topic of choice- however we should touch on even more important factors- diet,training- and goals.

                        What's on ur mind?

                            weight trying to b around 200lbs
                            BF between 6-8%
                            consuming 4000 cals a day (500g carbs 250g protien 11g fat) just round about numbers havent really got into it all down and dirty yet
                            train 2xs a day because of work i have to to a "functional fitness"/crossfit (not my favorite just do it to keep the boss happy) in the morning and then after work do actual heavy lifts

                              I am going to suggest you up your fat intake bro. If u want to be 200- u need to not only eat more but u need to eat more fat and consume more protein in my opinion. Your carbs are high but they should be if you are bulking. On the cycle u are on- u need more fat. I'd go with 125g but that's just me. 20g per mealx6 meals a day. Your goal to be at 200 at 6% is slightly unrealistic RIGHT NOW but not in the future. You are going to have to bulk heavy and forget about eating 100% clean and lean if you want to be 200. I like you goal- but I do not believe your diet supports that huge of a gain. Eat everyhing in sight WHILE keeping your macros in check. Bump up to 325-350 protein- keep the carbs- add 120 g fats and you will get to your 200 mark. You won't be at 6% but you will figure out what adjustments you will have to make after. My guess is you will be 200 with 12-13% and then after pct you will be 178-185 and under 10%. Just a guess bro- you won't keep everything you gain after pct so keep that in mind.
