Absolutely not. Test and clen have been used together for contest prep for years. Your diet and cardio will have the biggest effect on your gains/losses. If youre eating to lose fat, you wont see much muscle mass gained from the test. On the other hand, if youre eating to bulk, you wont see much fat loss from the clen. You have to do either or. Yea bro. Clen should be ramped up. Its typically run for 14 days at daily doses of 40/40/60/60/60/80/80/80/100/100/100/120/120/120
Doing it this way will give your system time to adjust to it and keep your receptors guessing. Alex i started along the dosage you recommend, it seems better loading this way. I am however having a problem with muscle fatigue during excercise that i didn't have before, and recovery is taking longer. I also noticed that all of the knots in the muscles that I had from the gp test e 250 just disappeared overnight, and my last pin didnt have any PIP. Some I've had for weeks, so I'm at a crossroads on whether to continue with the clen or just return to test only

Clen puts an extra strain on your CNS . That is the cause of the fatigue and recovery problems. which is the reason that it is recommended to be run 2 weeks on and 2 off
