Hello guys,Ive been training for nearly 4 years and 190 cm tall weighing around 92kg bf %15 .My age is 23. After gaining experience about training and nutrition i want to take my body to another level.I'm thinking to run a cycle and my goal is to gain lean muscle as well as losing fat (or something which will help me for it).Oxandrolone seems like a good choice for me now,at least it will put me in a better shape.What would you guys advice me to do?
