Hello juiced muscle, 21 year old, 5'5" 152 been lifting intense and continuous for a year.I have done a cycle of hgh about 5 months ago and now I want to step up and start taking the goods. Been reading alot and I'm not going to start until I know exactly what I am doing and use it correctly. I just wanted to get some feed back from the vets about cycling. I currently have a vial of eq (need to order test) I also have my Pct already, Volva and amed our something like that... I will go look later. I think I need to order another vial of eq and maybe test 250. What I want to know is what sort of doses and hire long should I run it. I was thinking 1 6 weeks. My goals for right now is quality muscle, and start cutting up for summer. Then get huge next winter. I want to keep this first cycle simple but yet e effective. Please coach me

152lbs, I think you need to get your diet in check and keep working out. No way you need gear yet. That being said, if you are determined to do a cycle any way, leave the eq out of it and start with 500mg of test enanthate or cypionate per week (split into two injections per week) and I'd just do 10-12 weeks for your first cycle. If you really want, you can throw an oral like dianabol in for the first four weeks or so at 30-40mg/day. But I would highly recommend waiting. You can still achieve so much without gear. I was like you and started out using gear before I should have (because I didn't know any better and I have dumbass friends). I wish I would have waited and got some quality gains before touching the juice. Just my advice though, do as you please.

I am short. I gained about 15 pounds since June. I feel like I've built a good base. From what I've read eq is not a real hardcore compound, that's why I went that direction. I have a strict diet, I get all my macros thought the day. Also, not a huge fan of the orals from the horror stories about liver damage.

To conclude with what Alex.18 told me:
On 1st cyle;
1-4(6) Weeks 40mg of Dbol or Tbol. Dbol makes u abit bloated but it is chepaer, Tbol is for more lean gains less water. You can do split dosage where the drug will stay longer in ur blood or full dosage b4 workout which will give you more strength
1-14 weeks Test e 250mg injection Every 3 day, so 500mg a week.
And for pct:
nolva at 40/20/20/10 or clomid at 50/50/50/50 14 days after your last pin.

yes split the dose up. i explain it like this:
d bol has a half life of no more than 8 hours which basically means it reaches its highest concentration in your blood within 8 hours, then starts to disappear. so if you take 40mg all at once, you will only have it in your system for 8 hrs. if you split the dose, you have it in your system for 16 hrs. you make the decision on which would be best. yea you might "feel" 40mg all at once more(and when i say more, i meen barely makes a difference), but what is that really doing for your gains? i would personally rather be in a low anabolic state all day rather than my levels peak, then go back down in 8 hrs"I COUNT HIM BRAVER WHO OVERCOMES HIS OWN DESIRE THAN WHO CONQUERS HIS ENEMIES, FOR THE HARDEST VICTORY IS OVER SELF"
