ok im on week 5 soon week 6 of my first cycle an i been trying to find out when i am done with my cycle an pct do i wait a month or two to start on my next cycle just to make sure everything in my system is running ok

big L i dont think it should be alot i gained 10lbs in doing a cut cycle im hoping to add another 10 before my cycle ends an i dont think u lose any if u keep on training hard if u train 1 hour with juice then u should try to add 30 mins more while off juice thats how i think it should be cuz if u worked hard to look good with juice then u should work even harder to keep ur gains but thts me talkin
