  • new cycle

    just wondering how this cycle looks for dosage (i think im a little on the high side)

    started monday 8.6.
    dbol 50mg a day - running it for 4 weeks

    sust 270 - pinning 1-1/2cc every monday and thursday (810mg per week) 12-14weeks (unless a better idea comes along)
    test cyp 250 - pinning 1-1/2cc every monday and thursday (750mg per week) possible 20 weeks - and lead into running winnie tabs for 4weeks - then oral tren....... then PCT and then done with gear for hopefully 12months
    EQ 200 - pinning 2cc every monday and thursday (800mg per week) min 14weeks

    guys please give all advice even if its gonna sound like you are bashing me... its all good i know everyone is trying to help

      not first cycle.... 2nd in a row - did gear awhile back for a bunch of cycle just getting into it again

      im 36yr old 150lb 14% bf (just did a cycle of anadrol - 4weeks, EQ - 16weeks, and test E - never stoped.... coasted for a 5weeks - untill my 1st pin of new cycle yesterday)

      my goal is to put on some size, stay lean (get leaner if possible) thats really it

        Bro imo that's way to much, your waisting gear and money. You should be able to cut that like in half. I've been on gear for a long time and would never use that much. For your second cycle, I would cut it way back. Just my opion

          I see. I agree with your initial assessment. I think those doses are a little high under the circumstances. At 14% body fat I would drop the doses and focus on diet and and training to lean out. I would drop either the sust or the cyp. You dont need both. I would run the cyp at 500 wekk and the eq at 600 week. 16 to 18 weeks and then pct.

            yeah that was my initial thought also .... uncle nappy just give a range like cyp to be between 400-1200 a week so i just kinda went in the middle....... next question other then a waste of money/gear will it hurt me... like maybe i run 1st 2-3weeks high then go to the less dose???

                I would drop the sust. Why do you think you need it?

                I would stick with the same dose throughout. Starting high and then lowering throughout the cycle will not lend itself to stable blood levels. That increases your chances of sides..

                    with that dose get ready for acne, high blood pressure, poss high RBC, Bloat like a MF ...........etc

                      i know sust is a blend of test, im on gp sust there is no cyp in it and i was under the assumstion i was always to run a test (enathate or cyp) base????

                        u will be good with any type of test (all the cyp,eneth,prop, etc) r eters (or chemical attachments) which effect the release rate + potency - but Test is Test.
                        I would stick to 500mg of total Test until I no longer feel it (could be 1 yr?) then just up by 100mg.

                        I get better results by adding synergistic compounds rather than increasing doses.

                        Remember AAS will only help ur body to use what it has more efficiently + recover faster but if ur not eating right or something is missing or off ur results will be poor.

                          Bro if you were on (legit) cyp and eq and experienced no gains then your diet and training are off! Its just that simple.....Drop the sust. Revamp your diet and training protocols...

                              ill agree with that... my first cycle i was trying to lose bf (i started 162 and 18-19% bf) so my diet was hi protien, low carb, low cal.... this time ima stay with hi pro, but add some carbs and mor calories - i think my shit is legit i use almost ALL gp gear and always order from uncle nappy
