Ok guys I pinned yesterday and it kinda hurt going in but nothing major.It didn't really hurt while injecting fluid.Well today I have a little soreness and it feels a little knotted but no redness.This is the first time injecting on that side of glute in two weeks been on vacation. Gonna give it a couple more days.Could I have missed a lil and that's what tje knot is.the pain feels like it does when I normally pin.7 weeks in on cycle by the way

Missed what? your Glute? I still get sore everytime I pin. The knot? Just massage it out. After I pin I usually take a hot shower and rub the spot where I injected or use a heating pad for a few minutes. -
I would'nt worry unless thing get worst, some injects get sore, part of the game.Stay In The Grind......Muscle Comes With Time
