First Injection Cycle Test E Need Help

Hey everyone! I've been planning my test ethane cycle now for a good bit. I did a 4 week cycle of winstrol (oral) only in July (first cycle ever i know now NEVER to use orals without test). I was just wondering what some vets thoughts were on my first test cycle. I want to run 500mg a week of the test for 12 weeks. What are some other products that i should take to prevent gyno, dosage, etc and pct thoughts i've read so much on this topic, but would just like some vets advice. Also any multi-vitamins or nutritional products to take with it.

.5 mg adex aka anastrozole eod.... whole cycle.. plenty of protein get diet in check.. thats all u need for gyno.. u can also get hcg which keeps ur natural test going so its easier coming back at the end of cycle 500iu ew... comes in vials of 5000iu... and for pct something like 100wk 1/50/50/25 clomid.....nolva 40/20/20/10 sam 1976 told me to add that extra week of a lower dose to ease off and its just a good way to go.. u can choose one or the other or like i do both.. up to u
