New cycle with Pre existing gyno??

I have gyno from a dbol cycle I did about 4 years ago. I want to do another cycle but I don't want it to get worse. It's not really a bad case of gyno probably more noticeable to me then others but I definitely have it. If I run a cycle and use Nolva or another pct from the beginning should I be fine? Anyone have experience with this?
