    Hi guys, I am totally new here, I am also new to all of this.

    Hypothetically if someone who has never done steroids at all, and does not know a thing about them, but wanted to start, and say he had a:-

    Weight: 13stone/ 82.5 kilograms
    Height: 6ft / 1.82 meters

    They wanted to gain muscle and tone, what would you guys/gals opinion.
    From type of needle to use to what type steroid that should be used.
    Any feed back would be helpful
    (apologize up front if this has been placed in the wrong area)

    start with a cycle of any kind of test.. like test e or test cyp at 500 mg every week for 10 weeks.. and add an oral like dbol or anadrol to start things out right.. also buy your pct meds when u get ur order.. nolva dex clomid... if u want hcg.. there is more info about pct in the lower topics.. but that is pretty much a starter stack

      Ok BlueLabel you might as well be speaking to me in Chinese for or all that made sense to be can you break it down for me,
      These are the few things I know D-bol is used by beginners and by people who are pro use it at the end iof the cycle.

        You can only learn by researching. Not to be rude but everyone else had to research and learn. So look through this site it is great and learn everything you can because what may work for someone else will not work for you.

              How long have you been working out? I would make sure you diet and training is in order before you go the other route. Its important to have a solid foundation. You're at that age where if you're eating right and training hard that you will gain muscle like crazy.

                G-Man let me tell u. you have atleast 6 months of research and learning ahead of u before u can touch steroids there not the hardest thing in the world to understand but there defently not a simple supplement once u have done this we can talk to u in english
                but hey thats just what i think and i'm a idiot so don't listen to me

                  Liquid is right, you should have at least 6 months or more of solid-dedicated training under you belt. The testosterone levels of a 20 y/o are sky rocket high. I would'nt mess with them at all. Read read read & then read some more.

                          I'm 34 now and have been lifting since I was 15, the first time I touched AAS was last year at 33 years old. I started off w/ clenbuterol then a few months later ran anavar, then t-bol. Said fuck it-got 15 kits of GH and then two months in got some test-e and trenbolone ace.

                          From around March or April of last year I have put on 40 some lbs of muscle and am bigger than I could have ever imagined. However, I feel somewhat miserable now. I failed to take into account how much I would have to eat to maintain my size. I also failed to take into account how tired and lethargic my body would feel lugging around all that extra weight. I work on my feet all day and my arches are starting to collapse making my feet so sore it's almost unbearable some days.

                          I acknowledge that the tren has given me a wild anxiety ride as well and may have contributed to the overall shitty feeling I'm experiencing now but damn. I didn't expect this. Fortunately my hair is intact and I never experienced any visual side effects such as acne or gyno. But for now and hopefully for good I'm just going to enjoy lifting and taking my creatine like I have for the past 20 years.

                          Some people have no problems w/ AAS I'm just not one of them. Just make sure you take every precaution to be safe and know what you're getting into.
