      I've injected my right glute every four days with no problem..sometimes switched to the left if I had a "not so good one, and had sorness" just much easier for me to pin my right than my left...

            this is what I do. I have 4 basic sites where I pin (both quads, both glutes). It even works when I run prop eod.

              i haven't done glutes yet... i mainly do delts and quads.. depending on what i inject and the amount... 2cc tren at once hurts tho.. omg

                I've never pinned anywhere but glutes and quads. I've heard that pinning delts will slow absorption time. Any truth to that?

                    Ive been alternating delts about to go to quads and triceps after that just wasnt sure if the triceps were a good idea or not

                              i've heard that smaller sites like delts dont provide as even or complete absorption. i'll look for info on that...

                              to the OP, i try to use each site no more than 1 time per wk to avoid scar tissue build up. right now my delts are f'ed from using them too often so i have to take them out of rotation for awhile. i think i'm going to go in for some deep tissue massage to help break it up. until i bring them back into rotation, i'm using glutes, quads, bi's and tri's
