    Weeks 1-10 500 mg GP Test Cyp 250
    Weeks 1-10 600 mg GP Bold 200
    Weeks 3-10 40 mg GP Oxan per day
    Weeks 1-10 .5 mg GP Anastrozole per day
    weeks 1-10 600 mg GP Tren Enanth 200
    week 8-14 clomid

    Not wanting to bulk to much but wanna cut. Doing cross fit. 300 spartan work out. p90x some. clean as fuck diet. 1800 cal. 1.2 protein body weight. cycle. 5'10'' 195 like to say 15 bf but could be 18.
    PCT might need more. Other cycles 1 test prop 2 test prop winny 3 test prop winny tren ace. over past 2 years.

    Can't help you on the cycle bro but I've done 2 spartan race (never finished one) but it was awesome. GL bro

            I am planning on doing tough mudder in vermont. Last year I did the warrior dash. I was natural but my buddy was on test/anavar and he had horrible cramping and was having trouble doing much more then walking. I plan on not being on juice at the tough mudder.

            I didn't do anything to train but run every day outside, off road as much as possible. I am/was strong enough to complete and compete with all the obstacles, running was my biggest challenge since I am clearly not built like a runner.

                  Wanna be off anything that might make me cramp. on race day but cycle should be way over. What would help for race day.
