ya i did eq first time last cycle at 600 and thought i shoulda upped it but didnt have enough so that should be the starting point

How long have you been doing HRT instead of PCT? I'm 47 myself and curious if that's the way to go, I am a newbie however on my second cycle.

I think I've been doing HRT since I was 45 or so. There came a point when I couldn't get gear so I went to my doctor and ask if I could do HRT and he put me on Testim. He put me on two tubes a day, but I used it some times to try and put size on and used as many as 5 tubes a day. I was able to put on 10lbs when I used it that way.
IMO I'd stay with the PCT as long as you can get your test up naturally.
