i know the dose is 50 to 100mg which is 1 cc when i put the juice in my bi or butt or where ever do i go right to the gym or wait 30 mins and yes i do know the side effect loss of hair big time depending on how much u use it an stiff joints for the first week an liver toxic is bad but only if u keep on using it and its only used for 4 to 6 weeks most user go up to 8 weeks but im ok with 4 weeks...all i like to know is do i go to the gym right after puttin it in my body or wait 30 mins then go to the gym an workout like a animal like i have been for the past month

These guys are right. What you are trying to do is raise your levels and keep them there. You are not neccessarily gonna get a "rush" right after pinning. Also, are you stacking with any test? or just running winny?

Winstrol taken orally has a 6 hour half life and slightly longer when injected. I'd say an hour before working out.
