okay i been training for 2 months but my true history is i trained a while ago i trained almost 2 years but for some reason i stopped for a whole year now im back and training hard lifting almost the same weight i use to do all i use is aminos and creatine workout for 2 hours do 4 miles walking which that is my cardio my body weight is now 235 was 245 not much change in 2 months but my back and chest got bigger and arms are getting pumped so meaning i am getting muscles but not lean enough .... so like i said in the title i want to be lean not bulky an i know theirs a juice that transforms my own body weight to muscle faster but i forgot the name and all i am asking what is the name of that juice and i know about the 3 month clcye but thats for bulky do not want that so if anyone knows what it is i be greatful for your help

yeah lean jay i think ur a bit confused no steroid will add fat or burn fat the reason some are talked about as bulking or cutting is because the bulking ones come with some or alot of water retention while the cutting ones mostly harden the muscle but actual bulking or cutting is the diet like ps saidbut hey thats just what i think and i'm a idiot so don't listen to me

ok thanks guys...and i think i found the one i was askin does anyone know or have used Deca Durabolinif so is it good an what is the Active Half-Life of it ?? i found this but im kinda lost.... Dianabol (methandrostenolone, methandienone) 4.5 - 6 hours so what is tht it is active in my body for tht long or it take that long to feel the kick?Go hard or Go home the world is filled with wimps we don't need them in the gym

i believe decas half life is 6 days and dbols is about 6 hours. half life is how long the chemical is active inside your body. but for what its worth, i dont believe either of those is what you are looking for, with those 2 if you dont watch your sodium intake, youll probably going to balloon up and have a moon facePain is just weakness leaving the body

i dont eat alot of stuff with high mg of sodium i look out for that i try to eat stuff with nothing more then 350 mg which is 0.35g if im right which is nothing almost what i really have to look out for is the suger i love sweets but it dont go well while tryin to be lean an healthy and to leech i do not ignore people who been working out longer then me or have used juice cuz i know some people will help or some will be a pain in the ass....so thank u ODB, PUSH, An mbig for the helpLast edited by lean_Jay; 10-15-2011, 12:45 PM.Go hard or Go home the world is filled with wimps we don't need them in the gym
