  • Changes?

    when on a cycle(first or any) would you want to make any changes to diet or exercise. I currently feel confident in my diet and routines but as i get bigger or stronger would i want to say, start eating more for better gains or train harder? longer?

    or would that all just come as natural feel like hungrier at meal time or training harder from strength gains?

    I eat more when ON (especially protein) - U workout harder, longer + more often - at least I do.
