  • Creatine and Pro Bodybuilders

In essence I'm curious if over the counter supplements(creatine in particular) have any use for the average pro bodybuilder?

I'm only using a pro as an example for the guy who has access to everything-AAS, HGH, ect. Would there be any practical purpose for such a use. If so what?

ive had it recommended to me by professionals before, so i assume so. even if it helps u get only one more rep out of a set, in essence it HAS helped. but no way better to find out than give it a shot and see how you respond

I'm just curious really. As a fan of body builders I see certain guys promoting products but I wonder how many actually use what they're selling?

And if they are using a product i.e. creatine, where does it fit amongst the various anabolic agents they use.

So I guess this question applies to anybody that uses AAS. Does creatine have a place in your diet and why?

Or put more simply. Does AAS negate the effectiveness of creatine?

No. Actually, using creatine with AAS increases its effectiveness. I highly recommend it.

from my understanding, creatine and glutamine should be included in every cycle

AAS products are not the only answer to becoming huge and strong, they assist in the process very well though. You still need nutrients and a structured workout plan for the muscle to grow. AAS products help the body to use these nutrients more effectively.

The Pros that do speak honestly about AAS (at least the 4-5 interviews Ive seen and the couple I have spoken to) clearly state that, unless they have a contract with supplement company = more $$, they simply do not have enough $ to buy supplements - they spend anywhere from $35-$50k plus per year on AAS+HGH+Insulin+etc.

This should not change what we do (I believe in creatine ) since we r not pro's + do not take same X-tremly HIGH dosage of AAS+HGH.
