small lump after injection

After 17 smooth thigh injections today wasn't as smooth. The worse thing you can do is think about the injection right before doing it. Anyway I thought about it and I felt the pin. I stopped, moved location a bit and just stuck it in as always. I use a 1 1/2 in pin in thigh and go in about 3/4 of the needle. It sure appeared to be deep enough. Aspirated as always, a little bit more than usual blood came out, usually there is almost none. It is only sore now if I touch it and seems to be a small lump as if it's under the skin. As I was injecting I actually went a little deeper into muscle. Is it possible some of the oil came back out of muscle? I only use 1ml. I was just as clean as I usually am, I am sure it's not infected or anything. The lump was right after injection not later on. Bottom line. Should I worry?

i wouldnt worry about it, but i would massage it. itll prob be sore tomorrow but nothing to worry about it unless it stays for a few days

Yup, has happened to me before. You get a hard lump. Goes away within a week usally. You can start pinning the area again around two weeks.
